Challenging home workouts we love

Staying fit while staying home can feel like a challenge. If you're ready to get up and get moving, there are lots of great options available to you. Grab your water bottle, it's time to try out some challenging home workouts! Get ready to get sweaty.

Warm Up

Before you jump up and dive into a grueling workout, make sure you're warmed up and ready to. A quick warm up will help prevent injury, get your heart rate up and help you perform your workout well.

Home Circuit Training

The idea behind "circuit training" is to perform a series of exercises in sequence, followed by a quick rest, then run through the circuit again and again. The great thing about circuit training is that the challenge is built right in. Whenever you feel yourself getting used to the workout, simply add more circuits! This circuit workout is great for beginners.

20 minute HIIT

This 20 minute HITT workout is super challenging and requires no equipment. "HIIT" stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is totally as advertised. You're going to go all out for quick bursts, rest, and then HIIT it again. 20 minutes might not sound like much but when your activity is this intense it's more than adequate.

You do not need classes to cultivate a strong yoga practice. All you need is a reliable internet connection. Yoga with Adriene is an incredibly popular YouTube channel with over 6 million subscribers. You will find loads of great videos for all skill levels, so there's no need to be intimidated. Take a deep breath and lean into it.
